Born and bred in the concrete jungle of Mumbai, BØMBAY has been cooking up musical magic for quite some time. But it wasn't until recently that he mustered the courage to unleash his talent upon the world. From recording tracks in his bedroom to experimenting with different sounds, BØMBAY is on a mission to perfect his craft and become a true urban icon.
What inspired this young dynamo to dive headfirst into music? It's simple - the love for beats, rhymes, and everything in between. BØMBAY's passion knows no bounds, and he draws inspiration from a mix of Western heavyweights like Young Thug, Future, and Lil Baby. These artists fuel his creative fire and push him to bring his own unique flavor to the game.
Just like any artist, BØMBAY has faced his fair share of highs and lows. Starting from scratch, he had to navigate the challenges of learning digital audio workstations (DAWs) and making do with a humble smartphone for recording. But he never let these hurdles stop him. Instead, he poured his heart into writing lyrics that speak to his generation. Through it all, BØMBAY has learned to embrace the journey, staying true to his passion and never losing hope.
The thrill of creating his first song was a wild ride for BØMBAY. From battling limited resources to finding innovative ways to make his music shine, he has come a long way. Now armed with the tools of the trade, his sound is sharper, edgier, and ready to blow your mind.
When BØMBAY takes a break from creating musical magic, you'll find him hitting the basketball court with or pumping iron at the gym. These are the spots where he unleashes his energy, finding inspiration and rejuvenation for his next mind-blowing track.

Where are you from?
How long have you been making music?
I’ve been doing music for a long time now, but back then I was not confident enough. In recent times, to be particular since last year I gave a thought about it and had songs recorded but not released, so I decided to put up my music now and see how I can improve my skills in the future and become a good artist.
What/who inspired you to get started in music?
really enjoy music whether it be producing music or rapping! I’m deep in it to be honest, but never thought that I’d be able to do it. At first I was not feeling confident about it, but made a way for it as well and now I don’t care if my music gets heard or not, I’ll never stop doing it. Lastly, who inspired me, I listen to a lot of western artist like Young Thug, Future, Lil Baby, these are sum of my true inspirations or I can say my idols.
Tell us about some of the highs and lows of your career so far?
As I’ve started recently, I’m struggling with the same stuff we all face when we’re new, from practising on the DAW to recording music on a phone without a laptop or a microphone, improving the skills of my lyrics by writing as much as I can and also on different topics and the usual thing like free for profit beats which can only be used on YouTube and not on streaming platforms and so on. It’s a long way to go and the struggle and the challenges will keep on changing as we evolve. But don’t lose hope that’s what I’ve learned by now.
Tell us about your experience making your first song.
It’s been a hell of a ride for me here. To be honest from recording music to releasing, it’s tough on me. At first I was struggling with the equipments, I used to record music on my phone also I didn’t have a laptop until now and then a microphone, but it’s been a year now and things are pretty well now.
What are you currently working on?
I’m currently a few days away from the release of my next song, named TRIP. This is the first song which I wrote and recorded on my phone and trust me it sounds great. I had to release this song because it sounds great on the beat which I used at first but later got to know that it was a paid beat which had to purchased from Beatstars. I was so pissed at first as I wanted to release this song so bad but did not have the funds to purchase the beat but somehow managed to purchase the beat for this song only, as thanks to Beatlibrary now I have a huge collection of beats which can be used without purchasing it as we all know it is not easy to purchase the beat every time we release a song. The song will be out on my YouTube channel and all streaming platforms, I’ll drop the link below if anyone who’s interested can check it out. It’s a kind of mixture of things I’ve been feeling in life and also I had expressed much of it as that is the first song I ever wrote. So I’m pretty excited about it and see how it goes.

What’s something you love to do outside of music?
Outside of music, I really enjoy playing basketball and I go to the gym sometimes to be in good health and to be able to have a empty head from all the things that’s been happening around our lives and to gather new inspiration and positivity thoughts. There are other stuff as well but yeah this where you will usually find me.
